Governor Rendell was at the Humboldt Industrial Park in Hazle Township. The money will go towards new jobs and boosting the region's economy. Rendell announced 82-million dollars in new state investments in Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties. They will go to various projects including the Laceworks Redevelopment in Scranton and more than 9-million dollars to the George Weston Bakeries near Hazleton.
