MOOSIC, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- Drainage problems at PNC Field continue and that has forced the Yankees and the International League to move the next four home games elsewhere. The home games will not be made up.

Thursday and Friday's games against Lehigh Valley will be played at Coca-Cola Parkin Allentown. That's the Iron Pigs' home park. The games will begin at 7:05 P. M.

Saturday and Sunday's games against Buffalo will be played at Alliance Bank Stadium in Syracuse, a neutral site. First pitch Saturday will be at 4:00 P. M. and Sunday's will be at 12:00 P. M.

Any fans currently holding tickets for one of the four games can redeem their seats at Coca-Cola Park Box Office or Alliance Bank Stadium Box Office for new reserved tickets.

The Yankees will be reaching out to season ticket holders, group leaders, suite holders, sponsors, and single game ticket buyers in regard to the loss of home games.

PNC Field has been evaluated by several experts, including the head groundskeeper of the New York Yankees. Steps have been taken including intense aeration, additional drainage installed and sod replacement. A helicopter was brought in last weekend to help dry out the turf.
