If you want to sound off about PPL's latest plan to raise its rates, you'll have the opportunity Monday. The state's Public Utility Commission has two hearings set in Scranton and Wilkes-Barre.
PPL is asking to increase its electric distribution rates by a little over 5%. That means roughly an $8 increase a month for the average homeowner.
The first meeting will take place in Scranton on Monday afternoon at 2:00 P. M. The other is in Wilkes-Barre at 6:00 P. M. | | |
