HARVEYS LAKE, LUZERNE COUNTY- The 2009 parade of trees kicked off tonight at Grotto Pizza at Harveys Lake.
This is the 14th year for the event.
Decorating teams were hard at work tonight.
Area businesses sponsor the trees that support local charities.
Visitors can vote for the their favorite tree with a monetary donation.
All the money donated will go to charities.
Over the years this event has raised thousands of dollars for charity
