Monday, Aug 11, 2008 @ 10:40pm EST
Pastor Brian Neiswender leaves Central Court, after being told he will go to trial on charges he had indecent contact with three teenage girls. All three girls testified Monday that Neiswender touched them in their private areas during music lessons and games of "hide and seek" at the Christ Community Church in Kingston. He was a youth pastor at the church between 2003 and 2006.
They testified that they never came forward during the alleged crimes because they didn't want to get Neiswender in trouble. He thought of him as a friend. Neiswender left the church in 2006 for another youth pastor position in Florida. Its then, that the victims say they feared for other girls at his new church..

Police say they tape recored a phone conversation between one of the alleged victims and Neiswender. it was a wiretap. He told her he was sorry for what he did and sorry for hurting her."

But his defense lawyer, Nanda Palissery says he never admitted to any crime.

"He didn't say anything that hurts himself in the conversation despite the fact he didn't know he was being taped make sense? If he knew he was being taped he had reason to lie he doesn't know that!"

After two hours of testimony, the Judge Joe Zola ruled their was enough evidence and sent the case to trial.
