WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY -- A hearing was postponed Monday for Pat Patte, Jr. He owns the popular Patte's Sports Bar in Wilkes-Barre.

Patte faces a gambling charge after the FBI raided the bar in February. They seized records and some $80,000 in cash from the bar.

Two former employees of Patte's have pleaded guilty in connection with the case. Federal sources tell the I-Team that negotiations are underway between Patte and the U. S. Attorney's office.
