SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- A Clarks Summit man who pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges learned his fate on Wednesday.

Frank Pavlico, the third could have faced up to 11 years on the charge. But he got a reduced sentence of only 10 months.

Pavlico got the light sentence because of his cooperation with investigators in a different case.

He was a key part of the indictment of reputed mob boss William D'Elia.
