SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- One of the nation's largest online education companies is being sold.

The Penn Foster Education Group is based in Scranton.
Its being bought by the Princeton Review for 170-million dollars.
Penn Foster is expected to keep its facility on Oak Street.
It may even need to add workers.
Penn Foster runs dozens of online career courses.. from health care to business.
The sale is expected to be finalized by the end of the year.
