Talk about a man who personifies the Christmas spirit. We found him Tuesday morning in Montoursville.

Bill Craver is a seasonal PennDOT worker who truly enjoys making a difference in children’s lives.

Craver donated 21 bikes to the Marine Corp League's Toys for Tots program. It's a gesture, he says, that comes straight from the heart.

Craver explained, "I've been blessed. I've got a good job. I enjoy what I'm doing. And I'm just passing on a little bit more joy to the kids."

Craver started his personal donation five years ago with just two bikes, and has added more bikes each year.
