HUNTINGTON TWP., LUZERNE COUNTY -- State police in Luzerne County have turned over a Shickshinny area shooting investigation to the state Game Commission.

The shooting happened Saturday afternoon around 2:30 in Huntington Township.

A man was shot in the woods while hunting.

There's no immediate word on his name or condition -- or who fired the shot.
