Philly Man Sentenced on Gun Charges - Friday, March 13, 2009 at 4:53PM EST

Williamsport, Lycoming County-
A Philadelphia man was sentenced on gun charges Friday in Lycoming County court.

23-year-old Ronald Ruley will spend up to seven years in state prison.

Prosecutors say Ruley was involved in a shooting last February near Park Avenue in Williamsport.

When police arrived, they found Ruley with of a stolen .22 caliber hand gun.

That investigation also led to another man’s arrest in what police have called the largest heroin bust in the city’s history.
