Pike Co. Man Accused of Running a Marijuana Factory - Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at 5:42PM EST

MILFORD, PIKE COUNTY- A Pike County man will go to trial on charges that he was running a marijuana factory.
59-year-old Kenneth Kraeger waived all the charges against him onto court in Milford this afternoon. A request to lower his $500,000 bail was also denied.

Police say they seized 80 pounds of pot and 1,000 marijuana plants from Kraeger's home in Blooming Grove Township.

Kraeger's son, Daniel Rivera, was cited for disorderly conduct after today's hearing for yelling obscenities at an Eyewitness News reporter.
