PITTSTON, LUZERNE COUNTY- Pittston Area schools will be closed Friday.
Parents of students in the district say it's because of H1N1, or commonly known as Swine Flu, concerns.
Several students missed school Wednesday and Thursday because of fears of contracting the flu.
All sporting events will be postponed Thursday and Friday.
Extracurricular activities are also canceled.
