SWOYERSVILLE, LUZERNE COUNTY- A suspended pittston police office has pleaded guilty to assualt charges. Investigators say Robert Semyon assaulted an unconscious woman and took pictures of her.

The photos were then found on a Pittston police department laptop computer. Semyon will now be required to register under Megan's Law. Pittston city council will decided if Seymon will be terminated.
