Police say they have the man who shot two people in pittston killing one of them monday night.
It could be a few days before he's brought back to pittston, that's because he was already "a wanted man" in philadelphia.
State police say this man, 18 year old marcellus thomas shot two people, killing one in pittston.
Right now, he's in philadelphia police custody, under seperate charges.
After a court date for those charges, he'll return to pittston to face the murder charge here.
That could take up to 10 days.
Thomas allegedly shot john johnson, seen here, and jason pagliente here at johnson's house on market street in pittston.
Police say pagliente was the target.
Witnesses say pagliente robbed thomas's friend last weekend, here at an apartment in hughestown.
Monday's pittston shooting was allegedly retalitation for that robbery.
There was one more person involved with this crime.
A man drove thomas back down to philadelphia after the shooting.
State police questioned him, but as of right now, it's not clear if he'll be charged as well.

Karmen - Sunday, May 10, 2009 [23:06:27] EDT I know Marcellus personally and i know in my heart of hearts, no matter what these people say that he did NOT do this.He has 2 young children to worry about so why would he jeopardize his life for something that has nothing to do with him.
