MOSCOW, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- A local pizzeria owner is behind bars for inappropriately touching a 17-year-old employee.

The victim says 39-year-old Vincent Cianfichi of Moscow, offered his employees alcohol after the shop closed for the night.

The victim said she she got drunk, passed out and woke up with Cianfichi holding her.

Cianfichi, also known as the "Pizza Prince," blamed his behavior on his own struggles with alcohol.

A judge rejected that excuse and sentenced him to spend between six and 23 months in prison.
