MONTROSE, SUSQUEHANNA COUNTY -- The verdict is in for a Susquehanna County man on trial for burning his own business.

Valerio Amato was accused of setting his Lanesboro pizza place on fire back in 2008. Prosecutors said he did it to cash-in on the insurance money.

Tuesday he was found not guilty of all four charges he was facing in the case.
