PLAINS, LUZERNE COUNTY- A Luzerne County man is facing charges after being indicted in federal court for allegedly robbing a bank.

Officials said 41-year old Roy Booth robbed the First National Community Bank in his home town of Plains. Booth made off with more than 700-dollars before police caught up with him shortly after the robbery.

Booth faces a maximum of 20 years in prison if he's convicted.
