A drug dealer was busted while selling pot near a playground.

26-year-old Billy Miller was arrested after selling marijuana to an undercover Swoyersville Police Officer.

It was the culmination of month long investigation.

Police also seized 48 pot plants and equipment used to grow the drug at a home on 8th St. in Kingston Twp. where Miller was staying.

He is in the Luzerne Co. jail this morning on $75,000 bail.
