Williamsport, Lycoming County-
Two students allegedly involved in a February brawl at the Williamsport Area High School were in court Tuesday.
18-year-old Qumar Moore is accused of inciting a riot, and fighting with police officers who attempted to intervene.
19-year-old Daphierre Grayes faces similar charges.
They waived their preliminary hearings.
Prosecutors say they’re working out an agreement in which both will plead guilty to one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest.
We’re told both Moore and Grayes will likely be sentenced to time already served.
