PLYMOUTH - For months neighbors have complained that unfamiliar cars have been stopping at a house on Vine Street in Plymouth and suspicious looking people have been coming and going at all hours.
Sunday police raided that home and accused people who live there of selling drugs and putting kids in danger.
Police said three children played among drugs at the house. Officers told WBRE News they found a gallon sized bag of marijuana mixed in with their toys.
Investigators also said they saw the children playing near a used condom. The kids are four years old, three years old and 18 months old.
Sunday, officers arrested their mother Brandy Fullerton, her boyfriend Ernest Laforest and their friend Kerron Alexander.
Alexander siad, "Why do you think they arrested you if you're innocent?"
"I happened to be laying down in the bed - I was sleeping - they were trying to say I got residue in my bag. I didn't have nothing on me. No drugs or anything."
Police have been investigating the house for about three months. They said during that time informants purchased marijuana from the people who live there.
Javan Baiely doesn't believe it. He was in the house during the police raid.
He said, "They told us all to get on the floor and put our hands in the air."
Officers did not accuse him of any crimes and he doesn't believe the charges against his friends.
"I don't think that's true. Nah I wouldda saw that. No that didn't happen," he said.
The three accused are scheduled to face a preliminary hearing later this month.
