SWIFTWATER, MONROE COUNTY-The church community of Eglise Evangelique De La Renaissance come together in pray. Many of the church's members have family living in Haiti. Some have made contact with family, others are still waiting to hear word from loved one. Many of the members told Eyewitness News Haiti is a beautiful place and the people are wonderful. Many could not hold back tears as they saw the damage and destruction from 7.0 earthquake.
