MONROE COUNTY -- A Monroe County man has admitted to killing a man last year. Fritz Gerald Dejoie pleaded guilty to third-degree murder Wednesday.

Dejoie had said he shot and killed Steven Santillo in self-defense. It happened on Hypsie Gap Road in Chestnuthill Township in 2008.
