KRESGEVILLE, MONROE COUNTY -- State police say a man drugged a teenage girl to rape and sexually assault her several times in the Poconos.

Investigators say 19-year-old Robert Pugh of Kresgeville sexually assaulted the 13-year-old victim five times and raped her thee times. The crimes spanned from November to last month in Kresgeville.

Pugh is locked up on $100,000 bail in Monroe County.
