MONROE COUNTY -- PennDOT spent Saturday getting ready for another early blast of winter weather.

Eyewitness News stopped by their facility on Route 611 in Stroud Township. The plows were on all of the trucks and the drivers were ready to go.

PennDOT says they're expecting anywhere from a trace to 6Ó of snow in Monroe County. PennDOT Maintanence Manager Robert Mudrick said, ÒWe will have some people on the ground ready to go and if more people are needed, we'll keep calling them in until we get everything taken care of."

People also spent the day getting ready. ACE Hardware in Mt. Pocono was filled with shoppers. The biggest sellers were ice melt and windshield washer fluid.
