Police: 4 Busted for Heroin Dealing - Monday, October 19, 2009 at 08:01AM EST

LUZERNE COUNTY - Hanover Twp. Police and the Luzerne County Drug task force arrested four people Sunday on felony narcotic related charges.
They are accused of selling heroin and were found with 169 bags of it according to police.
The heroin was stamped with the name "Fendi" on the bag.
The arrests include:
Joshua Pond, 27, Wilkes-Barre
Antoine Evans, 21, Wilkes-Barre
John Cioccia Jr., 35, Plymouth
Demetrius McCutchen, 33, Patterson, NJ
Police say Pond was found with $4,826 and firearm he was not allowed to have.
All three face drug dealing charges except Ciocci, he only faces who Criminal Conspiracy charges.
