SUGARLOAF TWP., LUZERNE COUNTY- Police have arrested a man who fired at officers during a hostage situation in Luzerne County.
Police charged James Martuscelli with aggravated assault, assault on law enforcement and terrorist threats.
It's for an incident at his Sugarloaf Township home on July 10. They say he held his wife hostage and then fired dozens of gunshots at police several times when they arrived.
Martuscelli is behind bars, unable to post $100,000 bail. | | |
