DUNMORE, LACKAWANNA COUNTY - One man is expected to face charges after a high-speed chase on Interstate 81 came to a crashing end Saturday afternoon in Lackawanna County.
State Police say the crash ended on Interstate 81-Northbound in Dunmore just before 2:00 PM. Troopers say it started when the driver of a car wouldn't pull over on Interstate 84 and started throwing crack cocaine out a window.
The suspect crashed into a tractor trailer and a pick-up truck before slamming into a concrete wall.
The name of the suspect has not yet been released. | | |
