WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- A car slams into the side of a Wilkes-Barre house.

Eyewitness News was on the scene at
McLean and Poplar in Wilkes-Barre around
9-30 Tuesday night.
The driver of the car claims somebody jumped into the driver's seat and sped off down the road, causing the crash.
But eyewitnesses say that couldn't be true, and police aren't buying their story either.
The driver was taken to the hospital for blood testing, according to detectives.
We're told charges are pending.
