PITTSTON TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY-In Luzerne County, a family pet is shot to death and its owner wants justice.

This story centers around a German Sheherd named Kiera. She was found dead in April near her Pittston Township home- She was shot in the head its no secret who shot the dog, a neighbor--but the question remains, was the shooting necessary.
Police are now investigating.
