WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING COUNTY- Police want you to take a good look at this man, Emil Cooper.

Police say he's responsible for an early morning stabbing. It happened just before 1:00 A. M. in the 600-block of Second Street.

Cops say Cooper stabbed a 19-year-old in the chest after an argument.

The victim's name has not been released, but we're told he's in serious condition after the stabbing in Lycoming County.
