TAYLOR, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- Police want to question a man in connection with an incident involving a child in Lackawanna County.

It happened around 4:00 Sunday afternoon in an alleyway behind the 300-block of South Main Avenue in Taylor.

Police say a child was playing when a stranger walked up to him and said he had something to tell the boy and that he'd be back.

Taylor Police Sgt. William Roche said, "And a short time later, the same gentleman came down the alley, the same route he had taken previously, and told this little boy that he wouldn't be seeing him anymore but that he did like his scooter."

Police are looking for a white male with long black hair and a moustache. Police say he was driving a blue-colored 4-door car with a sunroof. If you have any information you're asked to call 9-1-1.
