WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- Sergeant Rob Semyon is a well-known police officer on the Pittston City Police Department.

Friday he was charged with uploading sexually explicit photos of an unconscious woman.

Investigators say he put the photos on a computer inside the Pittston City P. D.

Authorities say that's aggravated indecent assault.

City leaders declined to comment on the investigation.

Arrest papers indicate the police chief suspended Semyon when the photos were discovered back in October.

The papers state that Semyon had drinks at 'Saints and Sinners' in Pittston with the woman who appears in the photos.

It states that he then took her to the Wyoming Valley Airport where the alleged assault took place.

Semyon is apparently cooperating with police, according to court papers.
