LACKAWANNA COUNTY - Scranton Police are trying to track down a man accused of assaulting a pregnant woman.

It happened yesterday afternoon on the City's South Side.

The woman told police she was kicked in the stomach inside an apartment at Valley View Terrace.

The slashed the man in the arm and stabbed him in the back while trying to escape.
He took off with another woman.

The victim went to the hospital to get checked out.

Police have hospitals on the lookout for a man with stab wounds.
