Police Say Drunk Driver Responsible for Head-on Crash - Saturday, August 30, 2008 at 6:33PM EST

BEAR CREEK TWP., LUZERNE COUNTY- Police arrested a 19-year-old Bear Creek man for drunken driving.

Police say Michael Herbert was driving on the wrong side of the road Saturday morning and crashed head-on into another vehicle.

The crash happened around 10:30 A. M. Route 115 in Bear Creek Township.

69-year-old Michael Coffee of Mountain Top and his 2-passengers were hurt. They were all taken to the hospital. Coffee was then flown to CMC in Scranton.

when are they going to arrest this guy? Coffee died because of the accident and Herbert should pay for it! What are the cops waiting for????
