MONROE COUNTY- A 42-year-old Goudlsboro man is jailed in Monroe County on charges he raped a 6-year-old girl.
Pocono Mountain Regional Police say Richard Allen Lewis is responsible for two separate assaults in 2001. Investigators say one happened in Lewis' car and the other, behind the girl's Coolbaugh Township home during a Labor Day party.
Lewis was unable to post bail. He'll be back in court early next month.
