SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY -- One of Lackawanna County's most wanted criminals is behind bars.
Police filed charges against Jimmie Jackson of Scranton Tuesday morning. Investigators say the 34-year-old is a major player in Scranton's drug-trafficking operation.
When he was arrested, police say Jackson had more than 600-bags of heroin on him. He's locked-up on $100,000 bail.
