Williamsport, Lycoming County-
Williamsport police have named a suspect in a shooting from the weekend.
Officials have issued an arrest warrant for Atif Sanford.
They say he shot another man in the city on Saturday.
Sanford should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who has seen him should call 9-1-1. | | |
