TOBYHANNA, MONROE COUNTY - A couple accused of growing pot above a three year old's bed will head to trail. William Hale and Kristi Capria waived their rights to a preliminary hearing Thursday morning. Police arrested the Tobyhanna couple earlier this month.
Officers say they had a marijuana growing operation in their home. Investigators report they found pot plants hanging above Capria's daughter's bed. The girl is three years old. Capria is also reportedly pregnant with another child.
