PLYMOUTH , LUZERNE COUNTY- A man charged with killing another at a bar had his preliminary hearing today. The district court judge in Nanticoke bound over 26-year-old Jeremy Kendricks of Wilkes-Barre on all charges. Prosecutors say Kendricks shot and killed Kirk Lipscomb and injured David Green September 20th. The shooting happened at the Bull Run Tavern on main street in Plymouth . Jarrett Ferentino the Luzerne County ADA said, "obviously it was a tragedy, but it could have been a much worse tragedy. You have individuals firing guns in a crowded establishment. Anytime you know, that is something that's very disconcerting to investigators."
Today's hearing means Kendricks will face an open count of criminal homicide as the case heads to Luzerne County court.
