SUGARLOAF TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY- The family of 69 year old Joseph Gigliotti turned out in force at District Court in Sugarloaf Wednesday to let Kevin Prussock know What he took from them.
.Police say Prussock was drunk when he drove his SUV head-on into Gigliott's car. It happened near Freeland on april 24th of last year.
WBRE TV Anchorman Andy Mehalshick spoke to Gigliotti's daughter who said, their lives will never be the same. Carla Kringer added even well meaning people, can't understand their pain.

"I know they are tring to offer comfort they'll say things like your dad was in the wrong place and the wrong time. My dad was in the right place at the right time it was the driver who chose to get behind the wheel drunk. He was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

District Judge Dan O'Donnell ruled there was enough evidence to send Prussock to trial.
