T hree police officers in Luzerne county could be in hot water after some "questionable behavior" is captured on tape.
A man arrested by one of those officers says they bullied him.
The drama unfolded in the early morning hours of November 28th on Main Street in Luzerne, near Hops and Barleys.
A Back Mountain man says he saw several people, he later learned were off duty cops, acting "goofy" and carrying out some obscene actions. When he tried to complain to an on duty officer..he was arrested.
It was all caught on tape, the bank security camera shows several groups of people on the street. The video shows y a large man in white first unzipping his pants..then "mooning" cars. As he is bending over, a Swoyersville police cruisers pulls up with police officer Austin King.. The man in white slides over the hood of the cruiser, .another plays with the spotlight on the cruiser
.That's when Ryan Laffey of Shavertown, knocks on the cruisers window to ask the King, why he is allowing it. He says that's when the cops turned on him. Laffey was arrested and charged with public drunkeness and disorderly conduct..he was found not guilty..charges tossed out.
The incident is under investigation.
