It's a real mess out there as heavy rain continues to fall in the valleys, but snow, sleet and freezing rain are plaguing the Northern Tier and higher elevations. It all made for a big mess on the roads this morning, and it could get a whole lot worse late tonight and tomorrow morning.
Late tonight the ice and rain are expected to change to snow before it all ends tomorrow morning.
