MIDDLE SMITHFIELD TOWNSHIP, MONROE COUNTY- Work is complete on a new little league field- in the Poconos and Saturday the fun begins.
Saturday is opening day at the East Stroudsburg North Little League Field behind Resica Falls Elementary.
Volunteers just put the finishing touches on the ball park.
The league lost its original field during recent school renovations.
But after help from volunteers and grant money one hundred little leaguers have a new place to play ball! | | |
