PLAINS TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY-Monday was the last day for people in Luzerne County to do something about their new property values.
Long lines were found at the reassessment offices in Plains Township and Hazleton.
People with both commercial and private property concerns are there to appeal their reassessments.
About 15-thousand applications for appeals have been filed across Luzerne County.
Nearly 10-thousand informal reviews have taken place so far in the Plains Township Office.
All formal appeals are expected to be complete by October 31st.
