LUZERNE COUNTY- All Luzerne County homeowners and renters are invited to a meeting at the Jackson Township Fire Hall in Chase tonight (Friday the 15th) at 7pm. At the meeting, the reassessment and various ways to eliminate property taxes will be discussed. The following persons have been invited to speak: Mrs. Michelle Boice, Mr. David Baldinger, who is administartor of the Property Taxpayers Cyber Coalition, as well as representatives of The Peoples Voice and others. At the meeting, individuals will learn what they can do to help stop the process of reassessment and unfair property taxes for more information or directions. | | |
