WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING COUNTY- Fire investigators in Lycoming County say they may never know what started a huge fire at Penn Recycling in Williamsport on July 7th.
The fire destroyed the plant.
Investigators say the cause is undetermined at this time.
Officials are considering charging Penn Recycling for the $5,000 cost of fighting the fire.
