Eldred Township, Lycoming County - The Red Cross is giving back to those who give, year-round. The North Central PA chapter held its annual Volunteer Recognition Dinner at the Eldred Township Volunteer Fire Company Tuesday night.
Those in attendance were honored as "Hometown Heroes." The North Central Chapter of the Red Cross has more than 300 active members, and currently serves Lycoming, Tioga and Clinton counties.
