EAST STROUDSBURG, MONROE COUNTY- The East Stroudsburg Community came out on Wednesday night to remember murder victim Micheal Goucher.
Goucher was a member of the Crime Watch and a very well respected member of the community. Wednesday would have been his 22nd birthday.
The Crime Watch retired his bicycle and call sign. His family told us there were touched by the community support. | | |
