LEHMAN TOWNSHIP, PIKE COUNTY- Searchers in Pike County have called off their efforts to find a missing man. They braved the bitter cold Thursday looking for 54-year-old John Lester.
Lester disappeared on Tuesday and may have wandered into the woods of the Winona Lakes Community. Lester is diabetic and did not have his medication with him.
Eight different teams took turns searching for Lester in the woods, in abandoned buildings and along Saw Creek. Rescuers say their search is over unless they get new information. | | |
